How do I pay?
For regular pickups - once you receive the invoice through Internet banking or cash.
For casual pickups - same day of the service through internet banking.
You need to add your address or customer code in the transaction reference field.

No. If you have a wheelie bin place it outside by the kerb.

What are collection days in Ashburton?

What does regular collection mean?
Your collection is on a regular schedule ; weekly, fortnightly or once in a 4-week cycle. You don’t need to ring us for this, we will come and empty bins on the set days.

No more than the top of the bin with a weight limit of 45kg.
